Whether you are new to mindfulness, or looking to deepen what is already part of your life, I'm excited to share the journey with you. My interest in mindfulness has grown over the past ten years, rooted in the benefits it brings to my life and the increasing base of scientific studies supporting its use. Because of my interest in the scientific underpinnings, I am two years into the University of Massachusetts Medical School Center for Mindfulness training path to become a Certified Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) teacher;  I should qualify to teach the 8-week MBSR program in fall of 2018. My undergraduate degree is from Royal Holloway, a college of the University of London.

Through group classes and individual guided practices I seek to share techniques to enhance mindfulness with authenticity and good humor. I lean towards family, minimalism and time spent outdoors, and I am guided by the intention to live mindfully and purposefully. I look forward to spending time with you along the path.

Thank you again for being so easy to work with and for providing classes on what is obviously a topic of interest for our patrons!
