Deepen your understanding of mindfulness in this 4 week course with content drawn from the full Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction course.  Practice some essential techniques with the support of a small dedicated group.

Based at On the Hill Gallery, a unique historic setting, participants are asked to commit to all four classes (May 1, 8, 15, 22) and will have a short mindfulness practice to complete between classes.

PLEASE NOTE: Fees are charged on a sliding scale based on self-declared ability to pay. By paying the Benefactor rate, you help to support the Scholarship fund for those less able to afford classes. REFUNDS: If, after attending your first session, you notify the teacher that you do not wish to complete the course, your payment will be refunded.
