[Free workshop] Mindfulness & Minimalism

Interest in mindfulness practices is rising, as mental health is increasingly recognised to be as important as physical health. Join this Tabb Library workshop to uncover techniques to enhance mindfulness through various practices, including minimalism.

This program is part of the Young Adults Series, designed for 15 through 25-year-olds, but all ages are welcome to gain insight into the connection between minimalism and mindfulness. Registration (no cost) via the York County website is required.
