Engage in your present moment experience. In the course of 10 online sessions, explore mindfulness techniques in community, to develop or deepen your own practice.

This group will meet weekly on Mondays at 11:20am for 45 minutes using the video conferencing technology, Zoom. Free orientation April 1, 2019.
